ACES Registration 2025-26
Parents and caregivers can register for ACES, manage their accounts and make online payments using this link:
Space in ACES programs is subject to availability. Once registration is submitted online, parents will be contacted by the ACES Site Coordinator to confirm enrollment or to let you know if there is a waitlist.
ACES does not operate when school is closed(inclement weather, winter break, spring break and teacher's workdays). ACES will not operate ACES All Days on Teacher Workdays for the 2025-2026 school year. DSS vouchers are accepted.
Tuition Information for the 2025-2026 School Year:
Annual Enrollment Fee: $15 per child
Weekly Tuition: $75 per child
ACES Weekly Fees are due on Wednesday.
Late fees are added on Thursday. ($15)
Withdrawals will take place on Friday.

Greetings ACES Parents,
I am happy that you have decided to share your student with ACES! As your Alamance/ACES Site Coordinator, it is my goal to make your child’s after-school experience “The Best”.
As a child’s advocate and mother of two fine young men, your child’s safety will always come first. It is my belief that we all have a purpose in life. I know without a shadow of a doubt, that my purpose is to nurture and help children to become caring and responsible citizens.
